Relationship Between Sterols/Sterolins (Beta-Sitosterol) and Stress Disorders
Sterols/Sterolins have shown in recent studies to be effective in both prevention and treatment of stress-related and immune dysfunction disorders. An overall healthier body has the ability to handle emotional as well as physiological stress more efficiently and cope with problems more easily.
